A statutory auditor and chartered accountant, Clarence Vergote began her career in 1988 as a financial auditor at Ricol & Associés. From 1996 to 2005, she was a senior manager at Cabinet Mazars, then joined Denjean & Associés in 2005. Clarence heads the Audit & Transaction Services department. She notably has strong expertise in real estate and banking.
